About Amy J. Williams, LCSW, CCTP-II
Licensed Therapist helping people all over California become more resilient.
I provide a solution-focused approach to identifying stressful events in your life and work collaboratively with you to build strategies to overcome them. I use a lot of visuals, metaphors and I like to provide concrete skills. I am gentle, compassionate, direct, and willing to challenge you toward growth when necessary. We’ll work together to first get a very clear understanding of how you got to where you are, next identify the challenges you face, and finally we’ll build workable strategies to overcome these challenges. Together, we’ll make sure you have the skills, tools, and techniques necessary to feel more centered.
I have a passion for helping people sort through their life experiences, embrace who they truly are, and move toward the lives they truly want. I look forward to working with you!
