I provide trauma therapy from a variety of approaches where I create an individualized treatment plan, which includes: Trauma-Focused CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Mindfulness, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, resource skills, etc.
